Ophir Benjamin Gamliel
Ophir is ITL’s CEO since 2006. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a M.Sc. in Computer Science and Communications from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Ophir has a diverse global experience. He held positions, in the US, as a senior engineer at Cisco Systems Inc. and Sprint Inc., and as Sales Director at Nortel Networks Inc. in Virginia. In addition, Ophir served as a Senior Manager at Cisco Systems Israel Ltd., and Vice President Sales at Globcall, a subsidiary of IDB Holdings Company Ltd.
EMC/Radio Division Manager
Shaike Raz manages the ITL EMC and Radio International Compliance Division, including the certification process and testing to FCC, EU, VCCI and Industry Canada.
Shaike has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Fairleight Dickenson University NJ and is an Associated Engineer Certified by Singalovsky College, Tel Aviv. He has over twenty years of professional experience in the field of EMC/EMI, EMP, Tempest Design, analysis, testing, simulations and consultation, and extensive background in compliance EMC projects assisting clients in design.
Technical Director and Safety Division Group Manager
Ilan Cohen serves as the Technical Director with a special focus on safety, security and alarms and telecom, and is responsible for new business development.
Ilan holds a BSEE in analog and digital communications, with honor from CSU Long Beach in California and a Telecommunications Engineering Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ilan has vast experience in compliance engineering in various areas such as safety, telecom, security and alarms, global homologation, Explosive Environment and more. He guides R&D engineering teams for global compliance and previously worked in various R&D groups as a design engineer in analog and digital communications, establishing various technical projects in telecommunications.
QA & Certification Department Manager Medical Safety and Field Insp
Steli holds a M.Sc. in Electronics, and brings over twenty years of professional experience in compliance projects assisting clients in design, management and implementation of activities required to meet international standards and regulations.
Steli is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in the field of compliance and conformity for medical electrical equipment and Risk Management applied to medical devices. He is a contributing author to the Electronic Packaging Handbook (IEEE – CRC Press, 2000), Project Leader for IEC/TR 62354:2005 “General Test Procedures for Medical Electrical Equipment” and Convener of two Working Groups of IEC/TC62. He is also an Associate Lecturer with the Biomedical Engineering Dept. of the Tel Aviv University.
Sales & Marketing Department Manager
Shmuel Hazon is the Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department. He previously served as a Sales AVP in MINDCTI and as an Account Manager in COMVERSE. Shmuel holds a BSc. in Electronics Engineering and a MBA from Derby University.
Machinery Safety Team Lead
Samuel Gnatt is the Manager of the Machinery/Industrial Product Safety Group and Assistant Manager of the Safety Division.
He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, BET (Electromechanical). Shmuel has over twenty years of professional experience in the field of machinery, industrial systems, SEMI (Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment), ITE equipment, household appliances, Measurement-Laboratory-Process Control Equipment.
