What is CE?
Terminal equipment (R&TTE) relates to all products which use radio frequency spectrum, such as cellular phones, broadcasting devices, and all equipment attached to public telecommunications networks such as modems and telephone switches.

The R&TTE directive ensures that these products are safe. do not disturb radio services or other equipment, and protects from health effects of radio waves.

What is E Mark?

What is ATEX?
ATEX (Atmospheres Explosives) certification is issued by Notified Certification Bodies, and is required to demonstrate that equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, can be safely operated. Once the equipment is certified, it is marked by the ‘CE’ (meaning it complies with ATEX and all other relevant directives) and ‘Ex’ symbol to identify it as approved under the ATEX directive.

What is IECEx

IECEx certification is issued by ITL, and is required to demonstrate that equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, can be safely operated. Once the equipment is certified, it may be marked ‘Ex’ symbol to identify it as approved.
